Finally Cal unit flux problem is fixed: the Yellow fiber was misconnected...

We try also to close the ao loop using subaps: 20160312_213700 and REC LGSW only: 20160520_011800 but the shell crashes all the times we enable the slopes transmission...
Then while taking sky flats we try the new jitter initial position:

Flux measures on NGS WFSs
~0.6" disturbance, White Light Source (WLS) 5556 steps and we move the Z stage of the Pyr WFS to get a bigger NGS spot. 10 millimeter of Z board are ~1" in spot dimension.
