LgswUnitSx FoV measurement

We start using the procedure with FLAO in CL, but it doesn't work: the steps are too big and the sweep is not correct: the intial step is too big, the following steps must minimize the position difference...

We move to the old procedure using the hexapod in open loop...

The jitter command that nulls the TT in the subaps are: B = [-0.00041; -0.00181], Y = [-0.00233; 0.00074], R = [-0.00127; 0.00318].

Coming back to the center the yellow seems out of position, probably to to low repeatability of the hexapod, but we acquire anyhow a new jitter command to null the yellow TT: Y = [-0.003; 0.0002].
